Brayzio LLC Return and Refund Policy

At Brayzio LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we’ve made our return process simple and customer-friendly.

1. Our 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item(s) to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. We also require a receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

3. How to Initiate a Return

Please provide your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will guide you through the process and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a pre-paid return shipping label. Please do not send your item back to us without first contacting us to receive an RMA.

4. Return Shipping

For eligible returns, Brayzio LLC will cover the cost of return shipping. We will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label to send your item(s) back to us.

5. No Restocking Fees

We believe in a straightforward return process. Brayzio LLC does not charge any restocking fees for eligible returns.

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), typically within 5-10 business days. The timing may vary depending on your bank or card issuer’s policies.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) at support@brayzio.com or +1 (315) 695-3016. Please include photos of the damage and your order number. We will work quickly to assess the issue and provide a replacement or full refund, including arranging for the return of the damaged item at no cost to you.

8. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above for the item you no longer want, and then place a new order for the item you prefer.

9. Order Cancellation

You may request to cancel an order as long as it has not yet been processed for shipping. Please contact us as soon as possible at support@brayzio.com or +1 (315) 695-3016 with your order number. Once an order has begun processing (typically 1-2 business days after placement), it cannot be canceled but can be returned following our standard return policy.

10. Shipping & Delivery Information

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. We offer free standard shipping (3-7 business days) on all orders within the United States. We currently do not ship internationally.
